| My name is Rhonda. I am searching for an affordable rental for myself who is apart of a family of 4! Tendents would be my husband, myself and my 2 kids that are both very respectful, responsible and clean! I have a boy 13 and girl that'll be 10 in just a few short weeks.. We are looking for something affordable and peacful for us to live as my husbands been ill for sometime now and with alot medical expeces and With rent prices these days it's nearly impossible to live. We would like to downsize to save some money witch is why we are open to a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom with den. As long as the kids have a bedroom that's what we are mainly concerned about! I am reaching out with hopes to make something happen. We do also have 2 dogs, both trained very well as one is trained as a off leash dog. Both dogs very well kept up with grooming and kept very clean. Both also house trained. Our end goal is to be able to afford to take care of my husband and also be able to let my kids actually live and enjoy their lives while we are going threw these tuff times. My son is also currently on his last year of grade 8, elementary school so we are trying to be able to let them stay at the same school here in Barrie. Please I do hope we can get considered! And if the place is avaible before Oct 31st we are happy to make other arrangements to possibly move in sooner.
