| In search of home. I am a mom of growing kids, and lived in our last rental for 5 years. We never would have left, but due to an unforseen family emergency in February, we had to. We have a glowing reference from our landlord, and are looking for a new place to call home. We are quiet people, I am a first responder- were always on time with our rent and keep to ourselves. Unfortunately, credit is a bit of an issue, which is why I am reaching out this way- hoping someone would be willing to take a chance on us rather than filling out applications to get denied from numbers on paper. Again, our landlord can vouch for 5 years of on time rent. I can also provide a cosign if needed. We are looking for a 3 bedroom home, preferably with a back yard as we have a dog. So obviously pet friendly. Also, a move in date for July or August 1st. Thank you for reading this far and for your consideration. |
