Room is huge, enough space for a full desk set up, a bed, a sofa ,and a large tv. Room mates in the house are all chill guys in our 20s. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Room is 950 plus utilities (water, electricity, heat(gas) and extremely fast internet) available as of now. Also have a parking spot available in the driveway Can do short term 3 month rental if needed just for the summer. but ideally looking for a longer term room mate ofcourse. |
