About the house: - 3 piece bathroom in upstairs hallway - 2 piece bathroom on the main floor - Room size is 10x10 - 2 driveway parking spots and 1 garage parking spot (shared) - Street parking available (except on parking ban periods during the winter) - Finished basement with fireplace - Washer and dryer in the basement - Storage room in the basement - Fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave on the main floor - House is furnished but not the individual room - No smoking About us: Currently living in the house is myself and my husband who have two cats, a bunny, and a dog who are in the master bedroom. My husband and I share the washroom in the master bedroom. Our two cats and bunny are kept in the room and the dog occasionally roams the house. There is also one female with a dog where the dog that is kept inside her room but also occasionally roams the house as well. She uses the upstairs washroom in the hallway for herself.
