For your time, efforts, successful work, and overall household commitment, $8,000 will be paid to you at the end of the 6 month contract. Property is a clean and loving executive townhouse home with pool and multiple amenities. Roommate-Assistant must have vehicle, great work ethics, and an ability to fully commit and support family of 2, pet cat, and the family's short & long-term vision plans! This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are intelligent, free from dependents and other relationships/ life obligations (for the entire 6 month period) and able to completely focus in on assisting the entrepreneurial family with various active life pursuits and daily projects! Pay is not hourly or based on an "Employee" status. A deferred $8,000 payment for services rendered will be based on an "Independent Contract" and customized Contractor Services between the "Host" (Service Receivers) and the "Guest" (Service Provider). Any Age or Background Welcome. Training will be provided! Ideal way to save multiple months rent and funding toward debt and other goals.
