| We have a master bedroom with attached washroom (on 2nd floor) for a girl to rent in a 4 Bedroom Detached house in East Brampton (Airport Road/Bovaird Dr. E) available on May 1, 2024. (To be shared with a girl, student) Shared areas include the Kitchen, living room, dining room and a partial washroom on the main floor and a laundry room on the 2nd floor where all the private rooms are located. The legally finished basement is occupied by me and my wife. Included: all home appliances (stove, microwave, oven, fridge, washer, dryer) and some furniture like family room couch, etc. Utilities (hydro, gas and water, high-speed internet) are extra----utility costs would be shared based on number of members occupying the house. NON-SMOKING AND NO-PETS.
