Wifi is extra and usually split among other tenants. Room has an inbuit big closet , comes with bed and study table and chest for storage. Sublease available from October, how ever the person can move in a week before the starting of month. Move in date is flexible. Room is available for 6 months and their is possibility of extension. Rent is 575 with everything included. Looking for a quiet and matured tenant who will be a resposible person means cleaning up after themselves for all the common areas and take part in scheduled duties as the other housemates do. This is a female only house. Other 4 room mates are friendly and quiet and looking for a like minded person to join them.
