| We welcome you to make this fully furnished home and equipped kitchen your home while you work or go to school. This quiet, well maintained, clean house will be shared by three females (keeping it female for the comfort of the roomies). Intended for long stays. Located in the north end of Brockville, it is an easy walk to shopping, groceries, Planet Fitness and restaurants and a five-minute drive to downtown. Bed drawers have lots of storage as well as the big closet. Host will consider furniture changes in the bedroom to suit guest's needs. $750 monthly includes all utilities and internet. In this welcoming home, one roomie will have a lower level bedroom with private bathroom, and two roomies will each have a room on the upper level and share a bathroom. Roomies will use and share the kitchen (two large refrigerators/freezers), dining room, living room, laundry room and outside patio. Note that roomies are limited in having guests for everyone's security. The bedrooms have locks with keys. At this time the lower level room is occupied and the two upper level rooms are available. This ad is for one of the upper level rooms. |
