| Hi, I'm renting the extra room in my 2 bedroom apartment. It doesn't have a bed but it has a desk and office chair and a closet. It's located in New street and Guelph line. A very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. There's a plaza nearby with Shoppers, Tim Hortons, salons, bakery and restaurants. A 3-minute drive to Burlington Lakeshore downtown and only 20 minutes walk. Bus stops are in front of the building. The apartment is clean and well kept. I have a medium size dog but she's friendly and not loud. The apartment has a high speed internet, balcony with the lake view, ensuite washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. Water and heat is included. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and respectful. Building amenities: gym, barbecue area, party room, mini dog park and daily cleaning on common areas. The building is very well kept and clean. More about me: I have a full time job, I'm a single, clean and respectful woman. I keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. I rarely have friends over. We'll split the hydro which will be additional $20-30 per month. Parking is available but it's not included in the rent (either indoor or outdoor). We can contact the building admin for availability.
