Looking for a responsible, FEMALE roommate to share the cost of utilities and rent. Looking for a tenant with minimal clutter and no large pets. 700 + Utilities This is a second story downtown apartment, a four minute walk from Richmond Row and a 15 minute bus ride to Western campus. Two separate bedrooms with shared living room with TV couch, kitchen and bathroom (clawfoot tub included!) There is washer and dryer in basement, residents of the house pay $2 per load. This is a great location within walking distance to bars, library, gym, grocery store and more. A bit about myself, the other roommate. I am female, and a fourth year FIMS student with two wonderful cats. I love to cook, and chill with a movie. Hoping for a compatible roommate and possibly a friend. |
