| I am looking for another person to a rent 1 room in on the main floor of a house (1 bath) located near pall mall street and Adelaide. There is laundry in a shared space, a decent sized yard with a patio and garden, No parking available. The rent is $900 (Internet, hydro and water included), we would just split things like toilet paper, facial tissues, soap etc. I am a male in my late twenties currently working full time, I’m looking for another working professional, I have a small animal that stays in a cage (in my room), I’m quiet and kept to myself, the common areas are furnished.
