| A fully furnished room is going to be sublet for the winter term. Details: - Term length January to April - All amenities are included in the price. - Monthly cleaning service included - I have wired Gigabit ethernet going into the room. - Furnishing includes a new bed, bed frame, desk, nightstand, and shelf (2 months old approx.) - Room will be on the second floor with the window facing the backyard. - House is Co-ed with 2 girls on the second floor and the rest guys - Everyone in the house is very nice and social. Requirements: - Must be a McMaster Student - Must be clean (all the furnishing is my own stuff) - Rent is 800 a month - Could be male/female doesn't matter. |
