All utilities included with high speed internet, comes with your own kitchen,(with fridge/stove) washroom, dining table/living room that is shared with another female student who also has her non sharing room. Cooking pots/dishes/small appliances included. Private entrance to your living area. Just bring your suitcase. First/last months rent required as well as a minimum 8 month lease.
