| Please read completely . Only serious inquiries .I am a mature person that works from home. I have a room available to rent in a two bedroom apartment in the east end. We would share all common areas , kitchen and bathroom and living room and outside space. The apartment is within a unique house so there are other occupants in other units. Must be mature, respectful and quite. Since I work at home it is ideal that you have a job that takes you outside of the home during the day or if you work nights and are a sound sleeper that I would not disturb you. No drug use non smoking. Currently there is no laundry and unfortunately no parking if you drive you would have to make other arrangements. internet is available can could be upgraded and the cost split. I have no pets, no children. I work and keep to myself. I like to cook and do yoga . $750 per month plus internet available end of December. Can be short term or long term if you coming for school, work or training or just relocating . If your interested send me a message and we can take it from there to see if this is a good fit |
