| Single female looking for a roommate to share my townhouse in Fallingbrook/Orleans. Nice area, close to malls, public transit, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and walking trails, not far from Petrie Island. This is a beautiful area to move with nice neighbors. I am looking for one female only, no couples, no overnight guests or pets. If you smoke, it is only permitted outside. Roommate must be clean, quiet, responsible, trustworthy, and respectful. Accommodation includes the following; Large master bedroom with large closet Shared large kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and common areas of the house Nicely landscaped and fenced backyard, patio and barbeque Rent is $1200 per month, Wi-Fi and utilities included, parking is extra. First and last months rent required. As we will be sharing this townhouse, it is important to find the right roommate with the compatible personality. Now a little bit about myself… I am a single mother, my kids are grown and gone, but I am not yet ready to retire. I like music, movies, reading, art/drawing and painting, gardening, hiking, kayaking, zip lining, and other outdoor exploring. I am social, but I am increasingly seeing the value of having a safe and peaceful, quiet space as I am getting older. I do occasionally have my two grandchildren over for visits and kiddy pool parties in the summer. I am young minded/open minded, and have a quirky sense of humor . I currently have a unique work situation at the moment, and there will be times where I will not be around very much. More details can be discussed in person. |
