| We are a mature gay male married couple with a fully furnished 3 bedroom townhome. Shared bathroom and living facilities. MUST be pet friendly as we have a very friendly Shih-Tzu dog and 2 cats. Laundry on site and all utilities included (except groceries). Steps away from OCTranspo Route #30 and walking distance to Shoppers Drug Mart and Tenth Line Shopping Plaza (Dollar Store, Sobey's etc.). Room Details: Large-sized room with double door closet and with Queen Sized Bed (see pic), bed-side tables, lamps, desk, and small 32" TV: $850 / month. NO drugs or overnight guests accepted. Currently considering short-term rentals, but if it works out well, could be potential for long term. |
