| This economy has made it tough for everyone. Our small family (1 child) is exploring the potential of welcoming someone into our home and renting out what is currently being used as a home office. This is a private bedroom and the apartment is large and spacious. This would be an ideal space for a single person or even single mother. We do have a toddler so small children could work! My wife and baby are usually home and because this is part of our apartment and not separated (like a basement) the ideal tenant would be female. Rent would include utilities!
