| Hey!! I'm looking for a roomie to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath condo starting anytime in December :) Price: $1050mo without utilities and wifi Hey!! I'm Ayush and am sharing the big room with another friend who is a student. My last roomie is moving out, and I’m looking for someone to replace him! I'm in an amazing building on Dundas East, that's full of amenities. The condo is a couple blocks away from Loblaws, Metro, Eaton Center, and a bunch of Walmart pickup locations. We're a 5 minute walk to the subway, and have instant access to the streetcar. Our building also has a movie theater, a huge terrace, a bike locker, a party room, BBQs, and a gym. A bit about me- I'm 29, working professional. The Pros: • The landlord and cleaning crew are all such kind people • Our gym is open 24x7. • The condo is flooded with light, and has zero view obstructions • The terrace is gorgeous, and it's never busy. Perfect for WFH! • The elevators require keyfobs, making the unit super secure • The building doesn't allow AirBnBs + our neighbours are silent • The unit's water pressure and temperature are awesome The Cons: • There are hardly few visitor parking spots, which can sometimes fill up • Someone on our floor adopted a puppy who likes to escape when they open their door and demand pets If you’re interested, please text back with an introduction and what are you looking for. 90% of people just send the “is this available” auto reply and don't read the ad |
