Description |
Hello there. Unfortunately one of our roommates is going to be spreading her wings and moving away on December 1st. So we, a Japanese girl who’s working and a working Canadian guy are looking for a new female roomie to share our apartment with. We are looking for a genuinely nice, trustworthy person who enjoys being clean, quiet and helping keep a clean apartment. Someone who has a good grasp of common sense etiquette for sharing a space with others. Ie: being respectful, cleaning up after yourself, not taking what isn't offered, not leaving things in the common areas etc. Basic stuff…. The room is 11ft by 9ft & comes furnished with a bed, desk, and bookshelf, TV and closet. The apartment and kitchen are furnished with everything you will need. There's an entertainment system in the living room which includes a 46inch TV, PS3 and stereo/speaker system. Parking is available, It’s $100 a month. There is a security guard in the evenings. The building is conveniently located downtown on Dufferin St in between King and Queen Streets. There's a bus stop right in front of the building and busses come by every five minutes and it's a 10 minute ride to the Dufferin subway station. It's a one minute walk to the Queen Street streetcar stop which runs 24 hours and a two minute walk to the King Street streetcar stop. There is a fresco grocery store a five minute walk away and a metro grocery store 3 minutes away and lot's of restaurants in Liberty village. It's a very convenient location. The rent is $900 a month which includes everything including high speed internet. So if this sounds interesting to you let us know and write back telling a little about yourself and how long you need a place for. Adding your Facebook/ IG makes it easier to decide so preference goes to whoever adds it. We look forward to hearing from you, thanks! |
