| Looking for someone to take over my lease at 181 Dundas st E. My reason for leaving is I am a student, I am graduating and I no longer need to live here. Bedroom available is the bigger one with walk in closet and desk space. The bedroom fits a Queen size bed. Furniture included can be negotiable but with a security deposit, if needed. 5 minute walk to TMU, 2 minutes to the closest grocery store. Roommate is very nice and also a student at TMU. The building has amenities like gym, study space, private study rooms, 2 outdoor terraces with barbecues and movie room. Utilities (water, electricity) not included but cost us approx $120-$140 per month before we split it between my roommate and I. Message me for more details. |
