Open to couples (at an increased rate). AVAILABLE DATE: Available immediately or December 1st (Flexible with move in dates) Long or Short term Rental PRICE: $1300. • All utilities included. Internet is $34 monthly. • Bedroom can come furnished($150) or unfurnished. LOCATION: Dundas East and Ontario/Parliament RENTAL TERMS: • Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to me and rent is paid direct deposit from my account. There will be a written roommate agreement. Also opportunity to be added to lease later on RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant RENT CONTROL: • Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: • Proof of income • Landlord references • Credit check • Tenant insurance • Last month’s rent deposit Additional Information: Located in a great neighborhood with Frescho, No Frills and Shoppers all close by. TTC bus stop and streetcar all within walking distance. There's also an awesome aquatic centre within walking distance. The kitchen comes equipped (microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, air fryer, etc). The room comes partially furnished (selling for $150) BUT can also come unfurnished for your decorative pleasure. Tenant insurance is required. There's a key deposit $50 (refundable) A little about me: I am in my 30s and a nurse, so I tend to work long shifts. In my spare time I try to go to the gym lol, go to restaurants, go on walks, chilling at home, reading, anime, love bouldering, some gaming. I like to keep a clean and tidy apartment.
