Wi-fi, and hard wired utilities included. The layout of the house, gives both of us privacy. Besides your bedroom, you have access to a kitchen and laundry room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bookshelf, desk, curtains, chair, 2 side table and lamps. There are dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen for your use, therefore you should be traveling light. Sorry, there is no storage room for bikes or furnishings. There is off street parking (visitor lot). The home is near the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. There is a bus stop out front, which arrives in 15 min intervals. Non smoking, single person only. No night shift workers. Bonus points if vegetarian! If you are interested, pls provide details about yourself; what do you do, and your schedule generally, to determine if it makes sense to meet.
