You will share the kitchen, bathroom and laundry with 2 other roommates . I am looking for a very quiet individual who respects the space of the current tenants. No pets , No smoking and there is NO available parking . Rent of 750 is non negotiable and it includes utilities and internet. The landlord ( myself ) lives upstairs . Separate entrance to the basement . There is NO room sharing , absolutely none . First and last months rent up front . Lease must be for at least 6 months , I will not consider anything less.
