| The room for rent has an area of 12 square meters + closet. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. In the room there are 2 mirrors, a bedframe, a bedside table, and a lamp. The apartment is only shared with me. It is in a very safe area, with multiple restaurants, a Metro nearby, close to many bus stops, and about 15 minutes away (by bus) from Eglinton station and Eglinton-Yonge center. It is located on Bayview Avenue, between Eglinton and Davisville Avenues (google and you’ll see how cool the place is). **The mattress, air conditioner, chair, and desk (that is dismounted in the pictures) are for sale. They are from my previous roommate that moved away. |
