| hello there! my name is george thomas. i would like someone to sublet my room for july august and sept, so that i can visit friends in timmins, ontario. it is a nice room in a quiet and good location. on hamilton mountain, 9 minutes walking to two shopping centers, including 2 tim hortons and a public library, only minutes away from a great view of the downtown, and the bay. free wifi, free laundry, and ac, is included. the place is clean and safe, in a nice residencial area near a public school and lots of parks. if you just want to get away for the summer, or, if you need a place for a few months so that you can make a change; or, if you have a teen at home to mature in a setting with a man 56, 72, and 72, for the summer, this would be a good place to park him. not asking first and last, but you can if you want to. i will take a $150 non-refundable deposit for the room, and you then can pay the rent of $750 a month for each of the months i am away. should you wish to stay longer, i can stay in timmins till you decide otherwise. its a good deal! there is a full kitchen, and a nice shady side lawn, buses coming and going right out the front door, house on a main street. safe to walk around at night. so, if you are in toronto, or kingston, or montreal, or where-ever! and 3 months in hamilton might be a good thing for you, please text me or give me a call at 519 288 3856. my name is george. address in hamilton is 1018 queensdale ave east. you can google it! now, if you live in hamilton or the area, it would be my pleasure to meet with you, and show you the room and accommodations. all you need to do is call or text with me to make this happen! |
