| We have one bedroom for rent in a shared 3 bedroom house The master bedroom with large double door closet is available for rent Dec 1 for $1100 per month (utilities and internet included). A smaller room can be available for $995 per month (utilities and internet included). One parking space is also included in the price and there is ample street parking available for guests. Laundry on site, shared with the basement tenants. Use of a backyard with garden. My sister and I currently reside in the other 2 rooms, we are quiet working professionals but my cats can be somewhat chatty. The space is the upper floor of a house in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Scarborough, quick access to the 401, DVP, and 404 so you can reach any area in the city with ease. There are grocery stores, restaurants, lcbo, banks etc within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bus stop a 15 min walk away. There are also several parks within walking distance and a trail just behind the house. We would prefer a mature working professional but are open to students if income can be confirmed. We already have two cats in the house so would also prefer someone without pets.
