| Hello, I am opening up a room in my house to International Students-FEMALE ONLY. I am located just north of Guelph in the Centre-Wellington region. I am looking for Masters, PHD, Medical or Post-Doc students. I have friends from all over the world and I offer a very welcoming home. It is a drug, smoke and alcohol-free home and there are no pets here either. 50% of utilities would also be part of the lease. It can or cannot be furnished if need be.
