| Are you a working professional on a short or long term work contract? Are you a snowbird who needs somewhere to live when you're not in Florida? Need a safe, quiet, clean place to live? I have what you need! I'm looking to share my 3-story townhouse for short or long term, with someone quiet, clean, and mature. Female preferred. I work a lot, often out of town, so the majority of the time it'll just be you here. When I am here, I'm very low-key and relaxed. It'll virtually be like your own place! I am located in the south end of Barrie, near Essa and Mapleview. 5 minutes to Walmart and Costco, 10 minutes to Royal Victoria Hospital, and 15 minutes to Base Borden. This is a fully furnished, bright, clean, quiet unit. Your private bedroom (with a lock on the door) has a queen sized bed, full cupboard, dresser, and small desk/chair. I work a lot so if you're a shift worker, this is ideal for you, as I'm not home much. We would share the whole unit. The master bathroom is right outside your bedroom door and has an extra deep soaker tub/shower. I have a private deck, as well as shared open green space. The kitchen is bright and spacious, and has all stainless steel appliances. All utilities (including heat, A/C, electricity, water, wifi, cable, Netflix ) included. Parking is also available if required very close to unit door, and price negotiable. Bus stop is right on the edge of the property. This is a non-smoking (of any kind) property. No drugs of any kind, either medicinal or recreational. I have one 4-year old cat but I can't allow any other animals due to my allergies, and his dislike of other animals lol. As this is a 3-story with approx 15 stairs to main floor and then up to bedrooms, this wouldn't be ideal for anyone mobility restricted. Rent is $1200 all-inclusive, and is available October 1st. When I'm away for 2 or 3 days for work, I may possibly require you to feed my cat and scoop his litter box. If you're unwilling, this unit isn't for you...sorry! |
