| I have a 11"x10" room for rent available June 1st. It's fully furnished and comes with a single bed, a large desk, dresser and deep closet. The rent includes all utils (Hydro, water, central A/C, gigabit unlimited wifi, washer and dryer.) The house has a bus line that connects to directly to kipling station as well as the long branch streetcar and go station. there are grocery stores nearby and some good restaurants and shops along the lakeshore. Extra bonus: the beach is very close! Looking for someone who's quiet, clean and is easy to get along with, a professional is preferable for long term stay but students are also welcome. A bit about me: 41 year old male. Used to work in the financial and automotive industries but currently pursuing a degree in IT. I'm very quiet, easy going, rarely have any guests over and keep to my room most times. The other roommate is a professional working in IT and mostly keeps to himself. Looking forward to meeting you.
