| My name is Karl and I'm looking to rent a single room in a condo or house / basement with a shared Kitchen and Washroom, preferably in the south Etobicoke area Lakeshore. Moving in date for June 01, 2024. I have been renting at my current room for the past 18 years and am leaving on excellent terms. Everyone in the house is currently moving because the owners have passed away and their estate has sold the house. My strengths as a tenant are that I'm very quiet and clean, I do not smoke, do not do drugs nor have any vices. I can contribute and do my part to some cleaning, taking out the trash, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting etc.. towards maintaining an absolute hygienic and clean living conditions. Lastly, over the past 18 years I have paid my rent in full prior to the beginning of each month that it has been due. I am usually out of the house early and return back evenings and will then just always be in my room. I can provide references and I can pay the first and last month rent. My budget is $600 to a max of $700. If this sounds at all appealing to you to have a clean and perfect tenant, please do let me know and I would sincerely appreciate a message from you.
