Etobicoke , bus stops right in front of apartment building , close to beautiful James Gardens and Humber River Recreational Trail, walking distance to loblaws, shoppers, lcbo Rental terms: Rent will be paid to me, Mary White. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA. 30 days notice minimum.
