| Hello there! If you're perusing this post, the private (unshared) room is still up for grabs. Just a heads-up: please include an intro about yourself when reaching out. Here's the lowdown: the room is spacious, about the size of an apartment living room (close to 200 feet), in a quiet, low-rise building. No basement or rooming house vibes, just one other tenant (me) in another room. You'll have all the essentials—a barely used queen-size mattress, cozy couch, and 7-foot desk/table. Cancel your subscriptions with a new 40-inch smart TV and free streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Chromecast), a spacious closet, and everything else in the photos. You're welcome to rearrange the furniture to your heart's content. About 7 minutes to Old Mill or Royal York subway, bus stops at the door. Close to highways, with bike share stations steps away, and city parking available. Peaceful neighbourhood close to Lake Ontario, parks, downtown, and all the necessities. Bloor West and Parkdale are close, but far enough to avoid the commotion. As for the living arrangement, it's pretty straightforward: two separate rooms on opposite ends of the apartment, separated by a shared bathroom and kitchen. Privacy? Check. You'll basically have half the apartment to yourself. Utilities and unlimited high-speed Wifi included. $2 coin laundry in building. You're welcome to use all kitchen appliances, utensils, cups, plates, pots, and pans. If you've got a single suitcase to your name, this place is right up your alley. Now, about me: European guy, early 40s, laid-back and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy unwinding with movies and experimenting in the kitchen - don't mind sharing at all. Hoping to find someone similar who values harmony in our living space. No pets, sorry. Single occupancy only. Guests are welcome in moderation and within reason, but this isn't party central if that's what you're looking for.
