| Hello! I have 1 Bedroom available in 2 Bedroom townhouse unit for $1000/month. Short 5 min walk to Islington TTC station. 30 min TTC to downtown. Sobeys, No Frills grocery, Gyms all walking distance. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, robot vac, air fryer, espresso machine, Zoji rice cooker. Central AC and forced air heating. Utilities and Internet can be included in the price for $50, it usually costs a bit more than that per month. Internet is 550mbps. I can provide a dresser, bookshelf, mattress for the room if needed. A lot of natural light comes in through the big windows at the front and back. Front and back patio for the summer months. I'm staying in the other room. I am currently a student and working as a bartender. I have a dog named Tofu, he is 7 years old and he's very gentle and friendly. I have lived with and rented rooms to many people in Montreal and Toronto. I will be asking for references and if you want the same from me, I can provide them.
