| -Renting out a room in a house. -Looking for a non-smoker working individual (student or CO-OP welcome too) -No pets -No Guests/ No visitors Policy -2 to 4 month period lease with option to renew. -The rent covering the entire period of each lease is due at start of the lease), - two non-family member references required- must reachable via phone call. Ideally, one of your previous lessors (landlord), and one of your Co-worker or employers. -Free parking available on driveway of the house upon request (even though you won’t be charge extra for the parking space but to get the space, you will require to sign a parking agreement too) -The room is on the second floor of the house. It has its own lock and key, and a built-in closet with railing mirror doors. There is also a single bed, and a desk in the room. If you don’t want one or both, and like to bring your own furniture, no problem; we will remove them from the room. You will be sharing a full bathroom with two other individuals (both females). -The house is not all females, and two male individuals are living in the house as well. Their room has its own full bathroom and refrigerator, and won't be using the full bathroom or refrigerator that you will be sharing with the other two female individuals. -All occupants of the house have access to kitchen, eating area, laundry room and common area of the house located on the main floor. -The rent inclusive for the room comes to $790 per month. |
