| Hello, I’m looking for a roommate to share this condo with in the South end of Guelph. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the kitchen and living room are furnished, and there's also more available space for anything additional. The bed pictured is a queen bed. Parking is available. It's available now, but move in date is negotiable, and so is the length of tenancy. I’m a female in my 30’s and work from home during the day Monday-Friday. I have a small dog (hypoallergenic and non-shedding) who is very friendly, so liking dogs is a must. I like to stay active and live a healthy lifestyle, and try to keep a clean, tidy place.
