| 1 bedroom in a shared 4 bedroom townhouse in south end of Guelph. Move in February 1st The room is 10.5' x 9' with hallway like space for the door opening. You are free to paint the walls if you cover your own supplies. Rent with utilities + wifi is $912. But we are expecting a utility increase by about $15/person by March. If you are interested please respond with a message with some information about yourself. We will not respond to "is this available". The House: -Spacious living room + kitchen with attached second story balcony -In-unit laundry -1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom will be shared between you and one other person. -Street parking available in the summer, we know of options for winter parking but the cost would be expected to be covered by you. Bus stops within walking distance - There is a cat named Gandalf who hangs out in the living room most of the time, he is a friendly and affectionate cat The People: We are 3 young introverted adults in our early 20s. We are all kind, respectful and introverted nerdy people. We are neurodivergent and lgbtq+ friendly. What we are looking for: We are looking for someone who is introverted, and on the quiet side like us. but also up for the occasional movie or board game together if they'd like. - no smoking - no dogs, cat or smaller animals should be okay upon discussion |
