| One bedroom is available in a three-bedroom detached house starting January 1st! The property is a beautiful, recently renovated century home near Exhibition Park with large, sunny common areas. The bedroom faces onto our small, private patio and gets lots of midday light. It also has its own powder room attached which would be for your private use. We have lovely landlords who are close by, and the neighbourhood is very friendly. All utilities is included with the rent expect the internet which is 20$ per month. We are 2 mature female professionals who work locally, and are hoping to find another female to join us. We do have a friendly cat as well. |
