| Live in a modern, spacious and clean house. Modern open-concept home, only 3 houses away from the bus stop so you can literally leave at the last minute walking distance to Zehrs, Dollarama, cafes, restaurants, and lovely parks. There is also laundry on site. Large bathroom is shared with 2 others, there’s additional powder room on first floor. The house is furnished and move in ready. The room can be furnished or not furnished but current tenant would prefer to leave furniture behind. List of items can be provided. Cool features: New air conditioner. New dishwasher. 2 large fridges with freezers so everyone gets a lot of space. Laundry on second floor with new washing machine. There are already 4 respectable and clean upper-year and grad students living in the house – four guys. Everyone is studious and focused on their studies and they want a housemate that is looking for the same vibe. In particular, we're looking for a quiet, non-smoker who is preferably an upper year student, grad student or young professional. No pets (a housemate is severely allergic).
