| Hello, we’re a group of three males looking for 2 new roommates (at least 1 by Jan 1st). In total, the place has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared main floor with a kitchen, dining room and living room. Total cost of rent is $3,075 per month ($768.75 per month for 4 people, $615 for 5 people). Utilities are separate totaling approximately ~$370 per month. We are pet friendly but don’t have any pets, and don’t plan on having any. There are two bus stops both around a block away as well as a Fortinos. McMaster campus is about a 5 minute drive away. Rooms don’t come furnished. |
