| Read everything with intention. It all starts from*here*. Teacher seeks Pupil, must have desire to take over the world. Apply in person. Frequency Matters. Both with music and with cohabitation. Looking for someone cool. A connection. Possibly long-term. A roommate. I'm starting over again. I just got back from living in California and Hawaii in June 2024. I lived in both places for two years. I'm 40, CIS male. Caucasian. Straight and I'm also getting back into the dating scene. Vegetarian, but don't mind meat once in a while. Zero drug tolerance(420 friendly), meat-free, and don't smoke cigarettes. I've been a Hamiltonian all my life. Have a career in Logistics and Warehouse Management in heavy industry. But currently work retail while trying to find a job in my career. Music, artcrawls, concerts/shows, food, cooking, the arts, coffee & tea lover, cycling, reading, meditation, yoga, walking, and being goal orientated. I'm not lazy. I also don't party. I'm quiet, intelligent, and collective. I know what I want. You should too. I play guitar and drums. My passion is music. I love recording and nerding out on the computer with instruments, and music production. What I'm looking for in a roommate: Someone who isn't going to turn my life upside down. Someone who works full-time, who loves music and cooking and is very clean. Not afraid to cook, do dishes, or mop/vacuum after a day of work. I don't want to be cleaning up your mess, and I don't expect you to clean mine up. I also will not provide all of your food. Asking is cool. It never hurts. Someone who *doesn't* have 2 or more friends over all the time, infact very rarely and not all night. We set that agreement in our terms that we both live by. Cook what ever food you like. Where can I get Lion's Mane mushrooms, locally? Name a band or two that played at Supercrawl 2024. What street was the main entrances of Ivor Wynne Stadium? What venue did Swervedriver play at in Hamilton and with what band and roughly what year? What book has similar discourse of my opening statement? Minimal plastic use. Use mason jars! We buy locally when we can. We recycle, and reduce our waste. We reuse with intention. Alcohol and Drugs: I'm 420-friendly(only on the balcony or outside), beer or wine once in a while is alright. I don't want to be tripping over your beer cans, or collections of metal or plastic for some scrap yard haul. Any other drugs, addictions, or collections; No Bueno. Accomodations: We rent a two bedroom apartment. We use all common areas with respect to each other and our neighbours. We adhere to the accomodation's policies. Something under $2k/month. We split the rent, utilities, Internet costs. Bug-free. My ideal situation is someone to nerd out on music with. Either acoustic guitar/bass. Foliage in the apartment. Plant adoption. Plants matter. No drugs! Cooking healthy meals, and going to concerts. Display your artwork in the living room on an easel! Or... If you do your own thing, that's cool too. We provide weekly updates with each other and make conscious decisions during our day to day. If we're avoidant of each other, it's not going to work. Let's cook for each other at least once a week. We try to avoid plastic as much as possible. Use mason jars! We create an environment that flourishes with intention. I'm looking for a friend(male or female), who might turn into a really good friend. Or a cool lady who wants to rock out with me and stay, but it's cool if you go. An age range from mid to late 30s to 60. Ideally, we're similar in age and enjoy each other's company. A Canadian citizen with a passport. I have mine. Don't be a weirdo, criminal or drug dealer.
