| 2 rooms available for rent in an Upper Paradise townhouse. Female and male roommates welcome. No pets allowed. Rooms 1 and 2 will share a common full bathroom shown in the pictures. The main floor is a common area. Laundry is located downstairs which is accessible to all, but the room downstairs is private. Wifi, hydro and utilities are included in the price of rent. Room 1 (the one with the black pax dresser) is $850 per month and room 2 (the blue one) is $800 per month. I will be residing in the master bedroom. First and last months required along with a security deposit among acceptance. The house located on Upper Paradise between Stone Church and the Lincoln Alexander Parkway and is conveniently within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store and many take-out restaurants. Bus stops are located just outside the complex. I am a 54 year old male who enjoys smoking weed, therefore the house does smell. I work split shifts throughout the weekdays. |
