This is a spacious two bedroom apartment, this is a clean and tidy the apartment building is occupied by couples and working professionals. A quiet community overall. The rent (1300$) includes heating and water but does not include hydro (75$ max per person) and internet (25$ per person). The whole house has been newly renovated, the kitchen and the bathroom are all new appliances, flooring, cupboards etc. Room you'll be staying is large and can come with a double mattress and a bed frame, a small shelf, a full size mirror (I am willing to sell these items if you need them). The rest of the house is mostly furnished as you can see in the photos. The kitchen has all the amenities, dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave and there is a lot of storage. The bathroom is small but great for a two person household. The living room is very charming where you can have your desk if you would like, my apartment mate has her desk in the living room. Location is great, 2 minute walk to Dufferin station. 5 minute walk to Dufferin mall (No Frills, Walmart, Dollarama, LCBO, Shoppers). Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants around the apartment (including Tim Hortons, Popeyes, A&W, Taco bell, pizza places etc.) |
