The room is fully furnished (twin bed, desk, office chair, chest drawer, shelves and closet), it comes with full set of bedding (2 bedsheet sets, pillow, comforter), and the rent includes all utilities and high speed internet. You’ll also have access to kitchen (including appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and pantry space) which will save you a couple hundred dollars by not having to order takeout every days. It also includes access to full laundry, including soap, bleach, etc. This is a 2500 sq ft, 3 bedroom + 2.5 washroom house, and it will only be shared by 3 people, including you.
