Comes furnished with queen bed, desk and chair. The house is tidy and well kept. There are 3 rooms rented upstairs and all share one bathroom with tub/shower. Owner lives on bottom two floors. All share main floor kitchen and dining area. This is a unique arrangement and feels like a family home. It's perfect for students who want to study in a quiet setting but enjoy a family atmosphere. Current tenants have chosen to pay extra for food so they don't have to grocery shop. They also enjoy the dinner I cook 2 to 3 times per week. However, this arrangement is optional. It's not your typical student house. I'm flexible on term of rental. Reach out for more details.
