Bus takes 30 mins to get to WLU and UW area. Larger rooms come furnished with queen bed, desk and chair and smaller has twin bed, desk and chair. The house is tidy and well kept. There are 3 rooms rented upstairs and all share one bathroom with tub/shower. Owner lives on bottom two floors. All share main floor kitchen and dining area. This is a unique arrangement and feels like a family home. It's perfect for students who want to study in a quiet setting but enjoy a family atmosphere. I include a food plan for current tenants at a reasonable rate and can offer this as well if you wish. Saves you from having to shop for groceries and as a bonus, I cook dinner 2 to 3 times per week. I've had tenants from around the world studying at UW, WLU and Conestoga's Waterloo campus stay with me. This is not your typical student house.
