| Hello! I am a third year Queen's university student going on exchange in the Winter 2025 semester and am looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room to while I am gone (January-May 2025). You would be living with 5 awesome girls in their fourth year in various programs, and be in a great location! HOUSE/ROOM DETAILS: Rent: $840 a month per room + utilities separate but usually around ~$60-70 in the Winter. PRIME Location: Located right at the corner of Johnson and Alfred street, 5 minute walk to campus. 10 minute walk to downtown for grocery needs or the bars! Rental Period: January 2025-May 2025, but I can be flexible with move in/out dates, message me for more specific details! Total rooms: 6. Bathrooms: One on each floor, both include a shower. You would share one bathroom with one other girl on the main floor where your room is located, the upstairs bathroom is shared between the 4 other girls. Kitchen/Appliances: Large recently furnished kitchen, toaster oven, two coffee machines, airfryer, large dining table, microwave, two fridges included. Laundry: In house. Other details: The house includes a cute front porch, and a private back porch that is only accessible to you! Room includes a spacious closet, newly purchased desk, desk chair, bed frame with storage underneath, and a dresser. Property managers are very kind and quick to respond in any situation.
