| We have a 2-bedroom bungalow in an ADULT community in the Bridlewood area of Kanata. Since we are snowbirds, we are prepared to offer the home, fully furnished, starting November 14, 2024 until April 13, 2025, to non-smokers with no animals. Being in an adult community, this home is not suitable for children. Master bed is king size. It has a 2-car garage, however our car will be stored on one side. The home has a nice, large main floor office area with two desks. This is a "walk-in" opportunity. Our price includes all utilities, linens, kitchenware, snow clearing, smart TV, High-Speed internet, and access to the community centre where there are activities for seniors. A security deposit will be required. Examples of potential users would include a) a single person or couple living in a summer cottage during mid-April to mid-November and wanting a city home for the winter; b) a single person or couple moving to Ottawa and prefer to have time to look around to buy a home for Spring occupancy; c) a single person or couple selling their home and needing a nice location for five months until the new home will be ready.
