| Hi, We are looking for a third roommate in 3 Bed/2.5 bath furnished townhouse (room is private & unfurnished) from 1st January 2025 in Terry Fox (Acklam Terrace) Kanata area which is 10mins walk or 4min drive to Nokia/Ericsson/Huawei/Ciena and other high tech companies in Kanata north. 1.5 baths share with only one person. Walking distance to Shopper Drug Mart, Sobeys , Dollarama & many other stores & restaurants. Bus stop is on 2mins of walking distance. Rent=$950 (including Electricity, WIFI, Water & Parking (Garage & Driveway) only Gas extra (divide in three people).In unit laundry available. We have lots of storage space in the basement as well. About us, we are both working professional living in other two rooms. We are looking for someone who is responsible & like to keep the house clean. Vegetarian/Vegan preferred. No pets allowed.
