| Room for rent in South Kanata, close to the Superstore and Metro on Eaglson road. The room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished. I own my townhouse and don't have any other tenants. The room is right beside my second bathroom which you would have exclusive use of. $1000/month includes all utilities, 1.5 Gbps Internet and parking. Laundry is on the upper floor. As this is my personal residence and the kitchen would be shared, the Landlord-tenant act doesn't apply to the living arrangements so all stipulations would be in a rental agreement. I also have 2 cats, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies. I have a stone walkway which can be parked on so there's enough room that parking won't be tandem (no car shuffle!)
