The space is quiet and has a private entrance, there are nice tree views on the property and a nature feeling from the front to the backyard. It is also close to everything like 2 groceries stores, lots of fast food, the TTC for queen and King is right outside and extremely easy to save time and avoid traffic by commuting quickly. Also has the best gym with the distillery district all within a 5 minute walk. The space has 2 shared kitchens 2 full baths, washer/dryer included, wifi etc. all kitchen stuff and everything so you don't need to buy anything, we are fully stocked. It is truly a great space. It comes all inclusive with no extra bills, we allows guests over if you feel like it and the room itself has a bed, desk, office chair, side tables and lamps, wardrobe, drawer dresser, fridge, microwave, etc. with high speed fibre internet for business, because we know how important good wifi is for productivity.
